Berend van Meer about your heart-on-chip at TEDxUva

Tuesday, 4 December 2018

Berend van Meer, PhD in the group of Christine Mummery (LUMC), works on Heart-on-Chip technology to measure how the heart is contracting and find innovative ways to diagnose and treat patients with cardiac disease using cardiomyocytes grown from stem cells on chips.

But not just any stem cells, your stem cells, in order to diagnose and treat you more accurately and efficiently in the future. He gave his talk: Your heart on a chip? at the TEDxUvA event.
